What are the five main project types according to 5-PATHS™ ?
Experiences have shown that people (Human beings) should set goals/objectives on the five result paths (P.A.T.H.S.) in accordance with "Five Elements" theory, be it in any project to life. Let's think about it...So, there is a thousands of years working theory ("Five Elements"), which has already demonstrated and proved its relevance (in martial arts, military strategies, science, astrology, medicine, etc.). According to this theory the harmony of five elements gives the key to success. All the five states/elements/QUALITY of the CHANGE are ESSENTIAL, but none of them should be under- or overemphasized. The CHANGE (eg.: our project) itself is in balance when all the five elements interact in harmony.
...if we thought it all along, our project can be classifed in accordance with the "Five Elements" theory. Our major result path will be the basis of the classification. This helps us to decide if our project mainly shows the quality of
- 'Water element', ergo it is a (P)rocess type, or
- 'Fire element', ergo it is an (A)cquirements type, or
- 'Metal element', ergo it is a (T)echnology type, or
- 'Earth element', ergo it is a (H)uman type, or
- 'Wood element', ergo it is a (S)ociety type project.
Please note that the "Five Elements" theory is not an inconceivable hypothesis. Although it seems to be a hypothetical approach and represents five different qualities of natural phenomena rather than five fixed substances, the metaphorical examples can be found also in the real (material) life by observing the physical interrelationships of the substances/materials.
